Agrerian Era:
Type A’s tend to have less stomach enzymes such as Hydrochloric acid and are thus more suited to a Vegetarian diet. Fish and fowl, along with a broad vegetable selection is best. Red meats and grain should be taken sparingly. Type A’s also require less strenuous exercise than type O’s. Yoga would be an ideal regimen for type A’s. There may be some variation in the ideal diet when the other determining factors are added.
B Type blood
less restrictive
Type B blood made it’s appearance in more recent history. Type B’s are well suited for Grains, Dairy, All Meats and Vegetables. Type B’s need to strike a well balanced diet from a wider selection of foods and would need to rely more on the other determining factors.
AB Type blood
Rarest Blood Type:
The AB’s are the most tolerant of our modern foods. However, because of this tolerance the AB’s are more prone to obesity. The AB can benefit from a standard diet plan, but the aim of this plan is not only to diet successfully, but also to do so with no discomfort. The AB’s also have a tendency to lean to A or B type characteristics. The best plan would determine which of the two (A or B) the AB adopts to best, and follow that regimen.
